Introduction to Business Law (INTRO-BUSINESS-LAW)

This introduction to business law course, taught in English, aims to present the fundamentals of business law, in order to provide a general legal knowledge in these fields, which will be further developed during the 2nd, 3rd and 4th years of law school.

The different topics will be:

• Seminars 1, 2 and 3: Identification of the different professionals involved in business law, and presentation of the original assets they may own.
• Seminars 4, 5 and 6: Company law
• Seminars 7 and 8: Competition law
• Seminars 9 and 10: Distribution Law
• Seminars 11 and 12: Insolvency law
