In a society caracterised by precarious forms of employment extended to categories of individuals used to be relatively protected, we aim to understand how the young graduated social networks can help them when they are looking for a job. The massive diffusion of information and communication technology in Frence and in particular among young people, allows continuous relationship management. Moreover, thanks to the Social Network Sites, these relationships can be extended. The proliferation of services for the inter-person communication increases the range of possibilities and is a benefit to a population familiar with these tools. So, we sought to determine if particular strategies were developped by young graduate for their employment and if they were efficient. By a survey of the SNS Viadeo, we highlight the different mechanisms at work in the professional self-narration by the young graduates. We show in particular that the web uses for job search are accompanied by a reconfiguration of user habits that originally took their source in the private sphere. The self-presentation modes but also the relational and cultural practices are thereby transformed. The spread of digital services for employment has changed the research strategies of work; This process also has implications for the construction of a digital identity, both in the professional sphere and the private sphere, involving new questions about digital reputation.
