Paris-Panthéon-Assas University cultivates a synergy between research, teaching and professionalisation. It offers a wide range of courses in law, political science, economics, management, information and communication, journalism, management, as well as in digital technology, entrepreneurship and business strategy. In total, it is more than 23,000 French students, 4,000 international students, 26 research centres, 1,500 teachers, 340 initial or continuing education programs and 3 international campuses, 600 international exchanges.
Since January 1, 2022, Paris-Panthéon-Assas University has become an experimental public institution, giving rise to a new teaching and research centre in the heart of Paris, based on a unique, integrative model.
A pioneer in its approach, Paris-Panthéon-Assas University is the first in France to be based on public-private partnership. In addition to law, economics, the Maison des sciences de gestion and the Institut Français de Presse, it brings together 4 major private schools recognised as being in the public interest (EESPIG), each at the forefront of their field:

The university's academic tradition is thus enriched by the diversity of experience of its constituents. Paris Panthéon-Assas University also associates IRSEM, the strategic research institute of the École militaire (Institut de recherche stratégique de l’École militaire), as a partner.
In November 2022, Paris-Panthéon-Assas University signed a strategic partnership with the Institut national de l'audiovisuel (INA), which will enable it to become a leading university in the field of media, audiovisual and communication.
